I know Marshal is really popular, and I was really lucky to just get him to show up in my town. Well, he hasn't showed yet, but his house is being built for him to be here tomorrow!

Suppose this will last until I can get him to set a moving out date and/or find a suitable offer. I would love either Rosie or Lolly since I know they are both very popular as well, and I'm looking for both for my town! But I suppose I won't write out Bells offers either.

Sorry all, I've gotten an offer via PM that I've accepted ... Rosie for Marshal. I feel Rosie is more popular/worth more than Lolly at this point in time, and certainly more along the range that Marshal goes for, so I'd like to make this trade.
