Well! My name is Kelsey. I'm 17, and I live in Ohio. I like to have visitors over to my town, but recently an unknown person came and chopped down all 15 of my banana trees. I was really upset. So! I put down paths in my town.

I'm worried that if I let others come again that they will sabotage my town again, a town that I work extremely hard on for hours a day. I am scared that people will not listen to my rules.

But, hey, if you give me a nice intro about yourself, I will gladly welcome you into my town if you agree to abide by these rules:

1. Stay on paths
2. Don't trample flowers
3. Don't dig up star spots
4. Don't cut down trees
5. Don't take fruit without permission

Pretty much treat my town how you'd want yours to be treated. Hope to make some great friends!

usually I'm just in other towns to visit their shops and seduce talk to animals, and sometimes I catch a bug or two if it's right in front of me.
I don't have my gates open unless I'm expecting someone though...since there's not much in my town anyways u-u and I find it a bit inconvenient to leave the gates open. I don't typically visit other people unless I have some shopping needs in mind xD or when I get bored

Maturity level I assume? while not everyone under 16 or even 18 are mature, it does significantly increase chances that they are when your adding people here. I'm now only adding people 18+ myself. I have the young ones a chance, but it didnt turn out so great.

Funny thing, I'm from Ohio as well A smaller town called Wadsworth, no idea if you've heard of it. Seems not many people have! I'm 16, and I totally get where you're coming from. I had a similar incident where I invited a 'friend' into my town and went AFK for about three minutes. I came back to all of my hybrids being stolen, and most of my rarer fruit trees cut down (persimmons and mangoes, mostly). I played Wild World back in 2007 and I completely fangirled when New Leaf came out. I'm loving the game and I've put my heart and soul into my town, as I'm sure you have! I'd love to become friends so we can visit and help each other. I'll leave my FC below if your interested. Cheers!

I completely feel your pain here as I too like to work very hard on my town's appearance and would cry myself to sleep if anyone ever messed that up.

I've never had anything like that happen to me, and I can only imagine how I'd feel if someone disrespected the rules I had established in such a fashion. Yes, it's just a game, but as far as I'm concerned, these people have a considerable glitch in their personality and sadly wouldn't restrain such behavior just to the realms of this game.
