I have Tutu, the peppy bear, currently moving from my second town. She does not need to be a dreamie for you to claim her. I'm going to give her an hour or so before TTing her to the void as she doesn't seem really liked. Please PM or post here if you want this cute bear.

Have you cycled between 16 villagers yet? Otherwise she won't offer to move to your town ;_;

Only way is if you've been keeping track of how many villagers left your town since the TT accident. If she's still showing up your in shopping district, it hasn't been 16 villagers yet.

Yeah, that's probably best way to find out. Just please don't run to her house as all my hybrids are near there, and ignore the mess of items I have on the ground by the gate right now.

You can't invite campers from one town to another, unfortunately(They won't even play games with you). Tutu was just a normal resident. Niceguy was unable to get Tutu because they had her previously, and haven't had 16 villagers move out yet so he could convince her to come back.

Ohhh okay, that's why I was surprised, I'd thought she was a camper for some reason.
