You can't even get the red Pikmin by hacking. It's not in the game code, so it's impossible to hack! It's downloadable content. New data added to the game. The only way to get it is from Nintendo (if you have the Japanese version) or from someone else.

Didn't anyone read my post? It's NOT DLC. The items are in the catalog. I'm not sure if you can get them without hacking or from Nintendo as of right now, but I have them in my hacked town. The red Pikmin is DLC. These aren't.
