You can't even get the red Pikmin by hacking. It's not in the game code, so it's impossible to hack! It's downloadable content. New data added to the game. The only way to get it is from Nintendo (if you have the Japanese version) or from someone else.

Guys, these items aren't downloadable content, they are originally with the game, nintendo just waits till later to add them in. I have a hacking thing where you can add items to the game, and those two items were on the list.
