Two Real Redd Items?

I feel like I've had this happen to me before, too. I just bought the one that I knew for sure was real and left the one I was not as sure about.

It's extremely possible for him to have multiple real items, though it's not common. I've seen it more than once. But since you can only buy one, you'll have to use another character to buy the other real one(s).

Yes, it is possible for Redd to have more than one item that is genuine. I've had it happen once or twice, but it's very rare. That statue is definitely real and it looks like the painting is, too, as far as I can tell. Unfortunately, you can only buy one unless you have another character or a friend who can visit and purchase the second one for you.

Both the Solemn Painting and the Mystic Statue in your opening post looks like they are genuine.

I have two AC:NL screenshots from 2017 when Redd offered three authentic art pieces in one of my towns. This was in a town with perfect town status, high feng shui points, and was enjoying items luck day (according to the Lovely Phone).

on the wiki it states that: (not accurate but "it depends on your luck" or something. Like lucky items and postioning items for luck)
it happened for me once. Two artworks were geniue but i got one of them before XD, so i bought the other one which i didnt own
