Troll LOL. You must have not looked hard enough, if there was a piece in your town, then there must have been Gulliver somewhere. I find it annoying when you shoot him down and he lands just outside your town, you don't see him but you still miss your chance to get a rare item for not shooting him down a few seconds before.
