Reminder that even after LaBelleFleur and Murray have finished accepting the entries for this event that you still need to display your avatar and signatures throughout the staff voting phase. One of us will post in here to let you know when it is okay to change them without compromising your eligibility to win a Special Snowflake collectible. β

It was stated in the OP, and then again when the event closed, that you need to keep your festive avatar and signature visible throughout the staff voting process until one of us posts that it's okay to change them:

I hadn't been paying attention ! I remember one signature contest you could change your pfp after the contest ended so I thought this one was like the last one !
This is only applicable to events without a staff voting phase. In order to judge your entries we need to be able to see them.

@Vrisnem that is clearly my fault for not paying attention or reading the rules carefully 
( now i can see why my mother always told me to read slowly as a child, cause otherwise you miss on a lot 
), I had ton of fun in this part of the event and loved tuning in to see everyones entries and i understand rules are rules and that fine with me just wanted to ask if I would be also disqualified from the other parts of the Christmas event?. Thanks for your time

You haven't been disqualified from anything, don't worry! We just simply scroll pass users who aren't displaying a festive avatar and signature during the voting phase.@Vrisnem that is clearly my fault for not paying attention or reading the rules carefully
