Splatoon Upcoming splatfest: time travel vs teleport

Hello! Is anyone on TBT going to be playing during the upcoming splatfest? There’s only a few left.. so I thought it would be fun to gather some TBT members on the same team and play as a quad or something! I’m on team teleport.

Also, you can discuss why you picked one team over the other! I chose teleport because there’s not many moments in history I would travel back to, and I’m worried to see what will become of us in the future. I just rather not mess with that! However, I’d love to be able to teleport to my online friends haha. The teleport t-shirt colour looks more appealing to me too lol.

i picked teleportation too! partially because time travel doesn't sound very fun to me but also because i have to walk a lot and really wish i could just teleport instead. i think it would be really fun to gather a tbt team but i don't even know if i'll get to make it to queen this splatfest cuz it starts RIGHT in the middle of the night on a day i have work and i work pretty much the whole day maybe we can get people together next time there's a 48hr splatfest?

I chose it bc my friends (aka you) did and you can cheat death. If a tree fell was falling just teleport a few feet away and you're good lol

Sadly I cannot participate because I don't have an online membership. As a fan of Splatoon though, I'll say that I would have chosen teleportation had I been able to. Time travel seems way too dangerous and there are a lot of potential ways to utilize teleportation. Good luck to everyone participating!

YO That would be so much fun, but I'm not sure how much playing time I'll be able to have this weekend because I start my new job like halfway through the splatfest. I picked team time travel so I could go back in time & prevent certain things from happening
Yeah I know that it seems dangerous & risky but so is teleportation! If I mess up the future then I can just go back & fix it again.
But with teleportation you could pop in a place that you know nothing about & get lost! That thing is pretty complicated

Yeah I’ll pick teleportation. Time travel in shows and movies are getting really annoying anyway.

I'm at team Time Travel, simply because if I could tavel back in time, I could fix some of my mistakes and would be probably more happy today. :') Besides, teleportation is not that interesting for me, so yeah. Gonna support yet again Pearl here.
