UPDATED: Kimono Sleeves get bunched up when you wear bags

custom kimonos don't get affected though, so if you wear one with a purse the sleeves will stay the same - which is why I thought it was related to the seasonals! D:

if my villager was real she'd already be dead from a heatstroke because of all the hoodies I force her to wear but now I gotta try on a kimono.

they get rolled up with certain tools as well even if you're not wearing a bag

It's called a tasuki. I don't understand why purses/bags would affect a kimono but it's essentially used to keep the long sleeves out of the way for work related reasons.

I guess it's also used as an aesthetic.

The kimonos that are pattern designs don't do that.
