I haven't read anything in the rules against liking posts in mass.
I've read the rules a few times now since I'm new so.
I'd assume if it isn't listed in the rules as being against the rules, it's not.

I don't think there is any benefit to getting your post liked except that you get the gratitude of people liking your post. I notice that people tend to bandwagon on posts that have already been liked a few times.
