Username change not showing up

I bought a username change from the Belltree shop, how do I use it?

I have a new problem: I bought it, but my bells didn't change and it didn't show up in my inventory. Then it said I have insufficient funds, but I still have over 1200 bells.

Go to shop > Inventory then click Configure on the username change.
