Phoebe was the same. I'd be like don't leave! and she'd be like ok. and then I'd be like leave! and then she'd be like no.

If a villager insists on staying, just reset. When they try to tell you their moving again, ignore them which is a guarenteed move.

i figured i might as well as post this here too?? but yeah, frigas all packed up and ready to go. i dont expect anything for her, honestly, id just like her to get a good home rather than disappearing forever
