I'm in the middle of gradually time traveling to New Years, so villagers are coming and going pretty quickly. Peewee is getting ready to move, and I really want Katt to move out as well, if anyone is interested in either of them. I've also got Iggly, who I'm trying to get out of my town as well.

If a villager insists on staying, just reset. When they try to tell you their moving again, ignore them which is a guarenteed move.
