Well, I don't know about Julian but Ankha is about 15m. (Oh, so are the octopi)
Usually the the rare are about 10m tough.
That's why it's a lot easier to trade villagers with villagers.
I do as well. But I'm going to sell Rasher soon.
I dunno, he offered me bells for him O_O
and I thought nobody wants him.

I'm not really sure how this trading villagers thing works, but here's my wishlist.
My ultimate dream villager is of course Ankha. It would be amazing to receive her.
I know I it's a slim chance someone will be giving up Ankha, so here are my other possible wanted neighbors. I'm not too picky on who I want. Any of these would be great:
