The thing is I don't exactly understand how you would trade villagers or even how to get villagers to move from an other player's town, can someone please explain to me the process ^^'. THANK YOU~

If a villager decided to move out have start packing their stuff, a player from another town can recruit him to his town.
I'm not really sure how to get them move out, some said to get chummy and friendly the wanted villager (in the friend town) to trigger the move out. I'm not really sure though.
