You might aswell just reset the smug plot for Marshal
when the game wants a smug to move in
i should have done this at the beginning of my game, but gave up after an hour and just accepted Lopez lol

I doing it atm since it's my second day...you can get the villager type you are missing from the list I posted, and uchi, or a smug.

Since you dont have a smug villager in original 5
on the 2nd or 3rd day of the game, the game will automatically generate either a group of uchi/smug or the personality you are missing
On the day create a new character, and if its generating smugs, just keep resetting until Marshal is the smug it chooses

I'm missing a jock and I've seen jocks, uchis, and smugs. Strangely I've seen Ronald, a lazy, though I have Bones

edit:/I can reset here and there to try to get a good villager to trade for either Fauna or Zucker, let me know. Fauna's my favorite and I can't seem to find her available anywhere. ;-;

i was resetting for 3 hours yesterday for Marshal and got Julian, but I misspelled my town name and had to restart. Today I've been trying for 2 hours and no luck

I've got a good plan to get him anyway, just will take me a few weeks/months but i dont mind ^__^ since i dont TT..

Mitzi & Lopez should be the first two to move out over the next few weeks/months once i get their pics (have Mitzi's)
since i will have 8 villagers then, the game will automatically send me a new one, since Smug will be the only personality i dont have since i have Vesta as another normal, the game will just send Smugs
so ill reset for him then
