Not necessarily. I had a smug villager leave and a peppy one moved in, even though I already had a peppy one and didn't have any Uchi. I'm not sure, but I think that you can only have two of every type; but even if you have one jock and no lazy villagers, you are just as likely to get either.

Naw that's not true. I have three snooty chars in my town right now: Bree, Willow and Whitney.

I have been trying to build my dream village, but it's slow going having neighbors move out and waiting for random villagers to move in. So I thought I'd turn to the boards to see if anyone has my dream neighbors moving out. I'd pay a million bells for anyone in the first list and 300k for anyone in the second list. I'm just gonna post my total wanted villagers and see if anyone has them moving out.
