villager forum collectibles?

i'm not sure if i'm asking this in the right place (please correct me if i'm not!) but i've seen some people around with villager collectibles under their avatar, examples being lobo, coco, mint and ruby. i'm wondering if there's a marshal collectible? and if so, i'd have to trade for one, right?
