Villager help

Awhile back, I had asked about the villager move out process, and how to get a villager that you want. I have looked everywhere for my topic with no success. So I'll ask here once more. This was a move out method with no time traveling involved. If anyone could give me a step-by-step guide or explanation on anything about villagers, how to kick them out, waiting for them to move, blank plots, in boxes, etc. I would appreciate it! By the way, I heard a villager has a thought bubble over them every 2 weeks or so. Is this true?

Kicking out villagers confusion

Hi everyone, So I just finished filling in my first 3 plots in order to upgrade residence services. First, can I continue at this point to search for more villagers? Now I saw a helpful looking video that explains a method to kick out villagers without time travel, but it is kind of confusing...
