Villager pics

How do we know that CF doesn't have those? I learned like a week after I got it (which was a week after it came out) that we can't get pics.

You know how in WW we can get the neighbor's pics once the relationship is high enough? People say you can't get those pics in CF and I'm just wondering where they got that.
