This isn't about their looks/personality! Remember you shouldn't let this influence your choices! Always get your favorites, regardless of Tier.

I'm going to try something new. Every Wednesday I am going to give a hint about a villager that will likely either move up or down. It's going to be really easy to figure out, but that's pretty much the point. Here are the first hints.-
Moving Up- A sheep in a circus.
