Villager(s) you currently are hunting for?

I'm search for Dobie I've spend over 50 NMT so far and nothing. I did come across Punchy so that was a nice thing.
On New Leaf I'm currently plot resetting for Weber. He's being a pain the butt lol.

What villager(s) are you currently looking for in-game? How much time/NMT do you plan on spending to find them?

Kiki (or possibly Coco). I need a somewhat spooky Normal to fit my island theme. I have the rest of my villagers pretty much set so I’m willing to dump the rest of my NMT on them if needed (around 80 or so). Hopefully it doesn’t take too much time though...

i’m looking for my 4 remaining dreamies; lolly, diana, fuchsia and sprinkle,, i don’t tt so i can only go island hopping for them when someone naturally moves out which uh,, should hopefully be in a few days aha. i’ve spent a fair amount of nmt in general for island hopping but i don’t really consider myself to be grinding for them as there’s always the chance of me running into a villager that isn’t a dreamie but that i love too much to pass up but i guess in the grand scheme of things, i’ve definitely spent over 100 nmt looking for my dreamies aha

I’m coming up with a list of villagers to hunt for once I get my switch and NH copy. I’m planning on getting the following villagers right now:

Bam
Frita
Audie (again so I have the base peppy house)
Poppy (will NOT be my starting normal)
Erik
Ike or Dobie (not sure which cranky to go with)
Diana (possibly)
O’hare
Probably a cycling villager

I’m not including sterling because he’ll be coming over from my current island.

I kind of want joey but I have all 10 slots filled. Don't know if I wanna get rid of anyone, but it'd probably be either Melba or Norma. I don't wanna lose them though because they match the aesthetic I have.

It's funny. Bones was one of my original 5 and I really liked him alot but I let him leave for reasons I can't even understand anymore. I've found him on mystery islands but always when I look for someone else. Now I really want to find him again and he's nowhere to be found. I went through 120 tickets yesterday and didn't find him, wound up taking Elmer to avoid a Nook fill-in. Next plot I get though, I'll be looking for my boy Bones!

I'm enjoying the excitement of checking for campers every day now, so I'm not planning on spending any time or effort acquiring a specific villager elsewhere.

I think most of those sound pretty cool, but I'd probably pass on O'Hare just because I've had him before and I'd like to try someone new. It really just depends who shows up at my campsite because I'm open to giving most villagers a chance. Unfortunately, I haven't seen a smug since I let Hans move over to my second town.

Yesterday, I went villager hunting, and I ended up taking Rory, who I’m not the biggest fan of, but I think the lions deserved to be liked more. Still looking for my missing eight of my top ten.
