so I got a villager via Nookazon. I went to the person's island, the villager called my service center and
said he was going to move in the next day.
That was two days ago (I couldn't play yesterday) but the slot on my island is still empty...any ideas as to why that might be??
Did the game save alright when you left that person's island? Are you sure the plot doesn't show up as "sold"?
It sounds like something didn't work out properly, unfortunately...
If the villager pick-up was successful it would have shown the typical red "SOLD" sticker over the Nook Inc sign as soon as you arrived back on your own island. If it doesn't have that then it would imply that something has gone wrong somewhere and you won't be receiving the villager.
