So I play with time travel and currently have 10 villagers. I thought I'd let the game 'choose' which villagers to give me and that was a mistake because I currently dislike 6 of the 10 villagers. I've been TTing day by day for almost a week now and none of the villagers are asking to move. Is anyone facing this problem?

I'm assuming stranger mode is when you don't have the option to give them gifts from chatting? I can currently gift all of my villagers random items.
I'm wondering if unlocking a certain 'event/infrastructure' is part of the reason why no one is asking to leave because all of them are just gifting me random items to decorate the island with.

Stranger mode means you've ignored them for 2-3 days +, and now they will no longer ping you, and freak out if you try to talk to them, like "Woah, how have you been stranger?", or "I haven't talked to you in days" etc.
