Villagers you'd like to see in ACS?

So now with amiibo cards, I'm assuming we'll be able to use them to summon villagers, but are there any that might not be in NL that you want to return?

New villagers?

I personally hope the Sanrio Villagers are available again, as they are my favorites.

I’m pretty much expecting all villagers from AC:NL (Including Welcome Amiibo) to return in AC Switch. Even a few villagers (Let’s say 50 like Welcome Amiibo’s) from GameCube/E+ to return as well as some new villagers of course.

I think Aziz and Ace would be pretty cool. The only way I found our about Aziz -before I knew Koopasta liked him- was because I was trying to find out if there was a lion with a blue mane that I could use for my Treehut town. Turns out there was, but he never appeared in any other game after Population Growing.

I just think Ace is cool looking.

i don't really care so long as kid cat is there, though that being said i do hope they bring back villagers that weren't in new leaf 'cause i'd kill to see meow again

other than that i want to see more brand new villagers honestly, mainly a new species or two.

I really like the food inspired villagers like Zucker and Merengue,, They're really cute ideas so I hope to see more of them in the next game

I'd like everyone from new Leaf to come over and I hope that the RV amiibo card villagers aren't locked behind those cards because I dont have any of those ones.

I want Champ to return. As for e+ villagers, I would like to see Bow and Meow. They brought over most of who I wanted in the welcome amiibo update.

I'm not really expecting many new villagers as there's like 400 or something villagers currently. I hope they don't decide to exclude some villagers in AC Switch.

I feel like most of our new villagers will be part of whatever new species were getting (if any)

At this point there isn't much reason why all the villagers shouldn't return - it saves them time designing new ones and keeps older fans happy. Villagers exclusive to e+ are practically new to most people anyway, so I'm sure people wouldn't mind. I also assume they'll be adding some new species and look forward to seeing what they'll be!

I'm expecting to see most villagers make a return, Right now though im hoping for new villagers and maybe even new villager species, (Id find it especially funny if they added a fish species of villager) I'd like to see more honestly I'm happy with what we do have, but more is always nice

But I mostly want to see some new villagers. Especially uchi ones.

maybe they'll pull a smash ultimate and be like hey everyones here including npcs. i mean it does give them excuse to make much more amiibo cards.

but i think the villager i would most like to see again is champ. probably the cutest monkey imo. they could just be like champ and porter are brothers.

We need all villagers to return!
For me personally, I really wish they'll bring back Filbert, but that should be fine as he's been in every series.
I also hope they continue to allow amiibo card usage so I can have Sanrio villagers in my town again.
As for new villagers, maybe a few more octopus species villagers? And a few more Uchi type villagers as there aren't that many?

I have to agree, I'd love to see some more Uchi villagers, as I thought the personality was really neat. Muffy is one of my favorites.

A new species would be cool. Not sure what though??

I would love to have all the villagers from New Leaf make a return, including the Amiibo update ones. Also, if they do, hopefully we can get them without having to have their Amiibo cards. Also, a couple of villagers I would like to see return are Cupcake, Faith, and Kit. Really all of them from the old games and new would be great. c:

Honestly I would love them to see everybody from New Leaf return as well as the Sanrio villagers, as well as e+ villagers, and just anybody and everybody really. I also think it would cool if they added a few new species to mix as well since I think that could be a potential as well. I don't know how to feel about using the Amiibo cards and or having that usage again if I have to be honest. I honestly would like to see them return without the cards if possible.

Sanrio for sure, I'm down with all or most of new leaf, but new villagers are were my mind is at. Lets see what new funky animals we get!

I want all the New Leaf villagers to be there, as well as a bunch of news ones. And I mean new species too. I think they should add more zebras, currently the only zebra in the game is Savannah. I just don't want there to be a species like the main type characters as villagers (Other than Isabelle and Digby whom are dogs, they are different types from the others) I don't want raccoons, skunks, otters, etc ONLY because it kind of signifies the main characters, like their in their own category. I don't know, that's just my opinion but whatever happens, happens I guess.

The total is 395 animals (not counting ones that haven?t been seen since AC)

The tag line for the first ac was population: growing! and the switch is powerful enough to hold all the animals they can throw at it...

if we don?t add new animals that will be added possibly and add animals that haven't been seen since the GC version or not at all in DNM+ version... that about 73 animals that can be added making the total 468 animals

Also, while I was putting this together, it would be a good time to bring back Kaitlin, Katie's mother back as an NPC that would possibly work with Leif or something different? She hasn?t been used since CF
