(This is the first video in a series of many Virtual Console Mini-Video-Reviews. These videos will not be indepth, but they will inform the viewer as to whether or not certain Virtual Console games are worth the money. We hope you enjoy this series!)

The Legend Of Zelda (NES) Video Mini-Review

The Legend Of Zelda For NES was the first Zelda game ever, and even though it has been an extremely long time since its release, the game has aged relatively well. The gameplay is top-notch, the graphics are great for its time, the music is catchy, and the game is just a joy to experience, whether you played it before or not. The only drawback is the lack of an in-game map, so first time players are bound to be confused.

Final Verdict: WORTH IT!

hmmm, I got it first day I had the wii, but I can't seem to change items, so I stopped, maby i'm just doing something wrong but I have the retro controller and I read the manual, just to varify, how DO you change the items when you're in the start menu?

Hmmm...haven't heard you're voice before Bul, and thats not how I thought you would sound...

:p

This will definately be one of the few games I'm thinking about getting for the virtual console...BUT-I really hope DK64 will come out for it!!! Although Rare was involved with that one...

You highlight the item in the start menu and press B. There won't be a sound to verify that you've done it, but once you exit out of the start menu, you'll see that you've equipped the item to B.

@ Gengar - My microphone makes my voice sound higher than it is... And the voice quality sucks. I'll be getting a headset soon, so that should fix it.

I mean, you dont sound "bad", just not how I pictured, or "thought" it was gonna be, is all. You'd all probably say the same thing if you heard me speak.

This review actually did make me kinda want to get the game, though! I didn't realize the graphics were actually pretty good for the time.

That means you didn't get the proper items yet. Which ones do you have?
