Favorite video game you've played recently?

I’ve been playing Persona 5 Royal on my switch; I already played it on my ps4 multiple times (Persona 5 not the expansion; only played Royal once I believe and never beat the secret boss). It has been a year at least (probably more) since I last played the game. It has not aged at all for me. I’m hoping to get some more playthroughs in after this current one. The ending for Royal and the thieves den are probably my only complaints; they’re very minor complaints. The thieves den was underwhelming; I remember being disappointed with the limitations on decorating; the layout in general was never that appealing to me either. I know the game isn’t like animal crossing or the sims where decorating is a focus, but the idea of having some fun decorating place to chill, kinda like the splatoon lockers but maybe a bit more than that would be cool in my opinion.

It's very much cheating for me to say my two favorite games are playing as of recently are Xenoblade Chronicles 3 (my favorite video game) and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky (my second favorite game). And I'm having a blast with both of them, and am being reminded why I love these games so much. The music, story, and characters in both of the games are terrific.

Life is Strange, I'm almost finished with the first one, on the final chapter, I'm really enjoying this game so much and I can't wait to play the others in the series! It's such an interesting story

i've seen some people say Persona 5 / Royal is one of the best RPGs of this generation, how did you like it? I've been thinking of getting it

I love it; it’s one of my favorite games. I got it on my ps4 too. It has a great soundtrack, amazing story and characters, top quality voice overs, fun gameplay. It’s fun to replay too.

i’m still playing it but fallout new vegas. at first it confused me because i was unsure of what i was supposed to do and i didn’t know how to use the map (i know, stupid).

this is the first fallout game i’ve played and NV is basically A. do quests and B. walk through the desert. you’re not required to do all lot of the quests though it is a big part of the gameplay. i’ve done a few of them but i mainly like wandering and looting lmao

i’ve gained infamy with a few of the factions (NCR) so after im done this, i plan on playing it a second time but with more quests and less violence.

Picked up Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town again after ages of not playing and I'm really digging it. The style is so freaking cute and the music is soothing. Makes me want to try other titles from the franchise. (❁´◡`❁)

I got really sucked into Moonstone Island for a couple weeks. The game Is essentially Stardew Valley meets Pokemon with a deck building battle system. It's pretty easy, the gameplay is satisfying, and the monsters are cute. I don't really care for most of the townsfolk though and the writing could be better. (Magic man is the best character and the only one I've been interested in romancing. I just finished catching every holographic spirit in the game yesterday (basically like shiny Pokemon). For someone like me who shiny hunts this game was a nice change of pace from Pokemon. I enjoyed the game but most aspects of it feel almost half baked, lots of great ideas but all of the mechanics are kept quite shallow. It's a nice bite sized treat for funs of Stardew and monster taming games.

There's a few, but if I'm thinking about most played recently, probably Palworld. I just keep finding more stuff to do everytime I play. Maybe I'll take a break whenever I hit lv 60 and finish all those tower bosses.

Serious Sam: The First Encounter and Resident Evil 3 remake.

Octopath Traveler 2. I can't get enough! I know JRPG's are hit or miss with people, but I am truly loving this game!
