There are stores that can take your PC and restore it as if it was just bought.
When you buy a computer you usually get the OS install disk, All you need to do is delete the whole computer and reinstall windows. I'm quite sure that the disk only works three times. I have used it on my computer twice. It is much easier to ask a neighbor or somebody who is running your OS and ask them if they have there install disk.


@d7crab Hold up your dads worker got Microsoft Office for $15 dollars? You never want to buy stuff from those kinds of countries unless you know for a fact that they aren't viruses or information stealer. Was their a virus before you updated your Microsoft Office? (I'm guessing you had Microsoft Office when you bought your Windows and you wanted to update it.)

If they were viruses FF would block them and Norton would direct me to their site.
