Do you like Christmas music?

I do like it! It really gets me in the holiday mood

When I was a student I used to always listen to Christmas music nonstop during December exam times. The predictableness of it made for perfect background music while studying and it was a nice little December tradition for me.

I don't like every Christmas song so I prefer to listen to my own Christmas playlists.

I like it. I know a lot of people have said it but I’ll repeat it, I probably wouldn’t listen to it just because, but it’s nice to hear in public or on the radio. I’m glad I don’t work in retail because I can imagine that getting grating really fast.

I like some of it. I really like older classics, like “O Holy Night”, “Winter Wonderland”, and “Angels We Have Heard on High”, but I also like newer ones like “With Bells On” by Dolly Parton and “Mary’s Boy Child” by Boney M. (In fact, Boney M.’s full Christmas album is good.) Also the Muppets’ “Twelve Days of Christmas” is pretty funny.

Also, check out “Messiah”— the original by Handel and the Quincy Jones version.

I also like “Same Old Lang Syne” by Dan Fogelberg.

(Some I avoid like the plague— “Christmas Shoes”, “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree”, and “Underneath the Tree.” Ugh!)

Last year I began branching out by discovering rare/obscure vintage Christmas songs. Some of my favorites are “Christmas Kisses” by Ray Anthony and the Bookends, “Christmas is A-Comin’” by Bing Crosby, “Las Posadas” by Jose Feliciano, “Misteltoe Kiss Polka” by Margaret Whiting, “Santa Claus Got Stuck in My Chimney” by Ella Fitzgerald, and “Dance, Snowman, Dance” by The Crew Cuts.

I looove Christmas songs. Christmas is my favourite time of the year. There's a lot of birthdays around now aswell for my family, so that's fun. Anyway, I've had Jingle Bells stuck in my head for months now, so finally I can actually sing it. I also like religious hymns. So, yeah, I can't wait to hear more songs playing everywhere!

i love it! i'm not a fan of a lot of modern Christmas music though. It all sounds like music you'd hear in a Macy's ad. modern covers of Christmas classics are hit or miss - Laufey has great ones, so does Bublé, but some others are not great.

I love (most) Christmas music so much! It's not stuff I'd listen to year round but it always gets me in the spirit for the holidays!

I like it! I only get tired of a few songs that are repeated too much on the radio. And when the radio is too repetitive, I switch over to spotify, lol. Some years ago, I had a Christmas swing cd, which i loved.

I like Christmas music, although I don't really like when people play it too early. For me it's more of a December thing. I enjoy listening to Christmas songs during December. It helps get me in the festive mood~

Nope, not at all. Also, December is the only time we play music at my job, Christmas music all day long. Awful lol.

Yes I do! Some songs like the Mariah Carey song get annoying after awhile but most of them are very good.

Ah, forgot to say that I like all Christmas music except for the Mariah Carey song. It's good, but also the only one that drives me crazy after hearing it more than twice

I don't hate it as much as I used to do, working in a mall for years made me hate it, but now I'm okay with some, like Jazzy or alternate versions. I enjoy parody versions...

I luv Christmas music!!! I don’t luv it tooooo soon though. I prefer to start listening a few days before thanksgiving.

I used to like it, but not anymore. Thankfully where I work doesn't play music, so I don't have to listen to it at all.

100% yes! Obviously there's certain songs I don't like. For example modern taylor swift versions. But I enjoy most of the classics! Since my brain is always thinking/restless. Anytime of the season like summer I would listen to Christmas in my head. Even hum it sometimes. Christmas is like on my mind almost everytime.

I don't mind it! I don't listen to it on my own or even on the radio when I'm in the car, but it's nice to hear it while I'm out and about! Shopping in decorated stores with Christmas music playing always makes me feel so cozy and festive. :]

especially when they play the music in piano/instrumental way. Very cozy

I hate hate HATEEEEEEE Christmas music! That garbage is the main reason I hate Christmas. Very few things I hate more than Christmas music. It's worse than even religious or country music.

It certainly doesn't help Christmas is shoved down people's throats for at least three months out of the year when it's only ONE freaking day. ONE DAY. Ridiculous.
