Visiting Each Others Towns Issue Today

Anyone having problems visiting other towns?

People can't get into my town and I can't leave my town.

I keep getting this error code: 018-0511!

I know there was an issue this morning with not being able to add people but my station is showing me open gates :/

Oh right...

It's weird because I can't visit PersonA and they can't visit me, PersonB can't visit me but I can visit them, and PersonC can visit me and I can visit them...

I hope it fixes itself soon!!

Anyone else having this problem today?

Hmm, I didn't play today but I'll check it out later.
IT probably won't be obvious for me since my wifi has been sucky as of September :/

I just tried going to a friends town and it worked perfectly.
They can't go to my town ;_;

They can go, but it lasts for 1 minute before resetti and the birdie show up.

This is weird but...
I have a friend with TERRIBLE 3DS wifi. It generally lasts for 5 minutes before error screen. But its lasting for over 20 minutes now.
