you must go to the DS menu, go to your friend list, and add people's friend codes over the internet. also make sure you give them your code! (should be under your Mii on your friend list)
once you do all this, I can visit you

Yea on the main menu justy click on the smiley face with a square and it will show ur friend code mine is 3067 5096 8705 my gate will be open now
