Want to visit a Japanese town for Tanabata, please

Would anyone with a Japanese copy of the game be willing to let me come visit for Tanabata so I can get the bamboo grass? Tanabata is my favorite AC holiday after Halloween and I adored my bamboo grass in City Folk. I promise I won't be a jerk and do anything disrespectful to your town.
