Watering Fossil's

Well, it seems a few people are getting confused. This seems to only work if you have not dug the fossil up, as the fossil can not change.

I've never tried this. My museum isn't complete so I'm gonna attempt this with my golden watering can. I have no silver so... gold will have to do.

didnt work for me i put 2 tricera torso in the ground water them and dug em up still the same thing

You do it BEFORE you dig it up.

i realized that after i posted that lol but i did it again ( the right way) and i still already had them i tried it 6 times

Okay i tryed this twice today with random fossils (not dug up) and i got my T-rex skull and my pachy torso.

Might work.
Ill try this will the next 3/5 fossils i find.

this is false when the fossils are in the ground there already that fossil that cant change just by watering them

i'm not sure if i'm the only one that thinks this... but this is one of the most ridiculous things i think i've heard on this site, lol. saying that a fossil has "changed" by watering it when you never knew what it was before you watered it is... well... hmm... lol.
