Weird Doll Collectible???

I saw it under someone's info by their other collectibles while reading a thread. Just wondering how to get this/where it came/comes from. Must be very very rare as I've never seen one around here until now.

It's from Halloween 2012 (?) and the only way to get it is from buying from people but I doubt they'd wanna sell it because there are hardly any left lol

Yeah lots of people want it. I think it's cute too, but I wouldn't and couldn't pay a boat load of tbt for it. The design is a bit more complex than some of the other collectibles too, and I don't see a problem with the background it currently has. Am I blind?

I don't mind the background that much. We were just stating it's different then most of the collectibles. I don't think it will be coming back this year but you never know with them. I'd be super super super excited if it did come back tho!
