I also made the same mistake, Harvey has to 'set up' so once you talk to him it will put you into the scene

I think your switch time has to be linked to the internet, or at least initially in order to start the event

My switch isn't linked to real time, and I was a few hours off, but still got the 3 of them along with the cutscene. It was june 1st, though, so take that for what you will.

Same problem. Set to current date and time, updated to current version, six days into June no Reese and Cyrus. No call from Harv, no Isabelle message. There's tons of wedding stuff in the nook shopping but no photopia thing.

This happened to me as well earlier this month. Try closing the game and loading it back up again. Someone here recommended that and it worked for me!

You have to talk to Harvey when you go to his island and if he asks you about Reese and Cyrus Anniversary Photos then you can start doing the event.
