I feel like everyone talking about Kangaroos in this thread have never heard of wallabies.

All of the bear family would be cute as cat sized creatures. For those of you saying deer, check out Pudu deer. There's also the even smaller mouse deer, which isn't technically a deer, but certainly does a good job looking like one.
