What are all the things you hope to start with?

This is such a great name. I didn't know there was such a villager.

Idk I'm not too picky. I'd like either cherries or apples I guess (or even oranges), and at least one of my favorite villagers (which is a stretch, but we'll see). I probably won't be resetting, unless the first four maps they show aren't to my taste, and then I might.

I'll be resetting until I have a green airport and pears, I think.

My only particulars about starting villagers is that they are vibrantly colored ones.

Airport: Purple if they have it, otherwise teal, blue, or a darker green.

Fruit: Pears or cherries. No oranges or peaches, and I'm kinda bored of apples (NL fruit).

Map: I don't have any big map plans but I like the ones with the river to the east/west better. I also want the tiered landmass to come down on one of the sides/not all be in the north.

Villagers: No real preference on my Jock, extreme prejudice about my Uchi. I will reset to infinity if I start with Rocket, Mira, Diva or Charlise. I will sing happily if I get Muffy, Agnes, Katt, Pashmina, Phoebe, Fuschia, or Tammy.

When you arrive on your island for the first time what things would make you the happiest to see? Which fruit, airport color, villagers, map style, etc.

For the villagers what's your favorite Jock/Uchi pair, and if we weren't locked into those specific personalities who would you love to see?

Lastly, will you be resetting for any of these things?

I would prefer:

-Apples (peaches or cherries second choice)

-Teal airport (or blue or yellow)

-For my Uchi I want Reneigh, and for my Jock I'd be happy to see Hamlet, Rod, or Bill. If we weren't locked into Jock/Uchi, I'd still want Reneigh, but I'd die of joy if I saw Wolfgang for my second villager.

-Map, I'm not too worried about, but the double south rivers are nice.

I'm not sure yet if I'll reset for anything. If I load my game up and my heart sinks because everything is wrong, then I likely will, lol. I'm also curious to see if there even is a teal airport still, so I might be tempted to reset a few times just to see if one comes up.

I HOPE I start with cherries or peaches (mostly cherries cause my NL town had peaches) but also teal airport color. I'm not really worried about anything else besides a nice and centered resident service, everything else I will work with, that being villagers/grass patterns. Also, I will be resetting for the cherries & airport color :x

Fruit: I really want either peaches or cherries, but I think I'll try to just accept whatever I get! Except pears maybe... If I get pears I'll reset!

Airport color: I'm really hoping for blue from what we've seen so far! And if the teal does end up being in the game I wouldn't mind that one either! I'm actually seriously considering resetting for this just because I feel like it could impact the overall aesthetic of my town so much.

Villagers: I honestly have no preference at all for villagers for once, lol. I have the amiibo cards of my favorites, so I'm not worried about that. Although, if I end up with Biff I might reset, I feel like he haunts me in every town

Map Style: It's hard to say because there's so much we don't know, but I do want triangle grass if different patterns are still a thing! I won't reset unless I get square grass though

I'm definitely going to reset until I'm happy with my starting scenario. I regretted my decisions when I started off in New Leaf, reset, and could never fully connect with my town after that. :'(

Map: Not toooo much water, as much cliff space as possible and triangle grass!
Uchi/Jock: Pashmina > Agnes > Tammy & Tybalt > Aziz > Hamlet
(though villagers aren't a priority, since none of the uchis/jocks so far are my dreamies :''3 )

Fruit; Apples

Airport; Blue or red as of now, leaning more towards blue.

Grass; Preferably star, but I would be fine with any.

Villagers; Does not matter to me.

Map; Most likely will not matter to me. It will mostly depend on what qualities that cannot be changed.

Map: idk man, I'll be looking at the options and pick whichever one catches my attention, we'll see which one I'll end up with, and whatever grass shape I end up with

Uchi/Jock: Fuchsia and any of these jocks: Antonio, Bill, Frobert, Jay, Kevin, Roald, Rod, Rudy, Sparro, Sprocket, Sterling and the new sheep villager (or Champ, if he's back somehow)

I like some other uchi, but Fuchsia is by far my favorite, she was my first uchi in NL so she holds a special place in my heart
I'm expecting heavy resetting on my part (at least it's not going to be so much resetting because Goldie isn't a starter villager)

i would love peaches and either the orange or blue airport. i'm not planning on terraforming a lot, so i'd like my map to have three large segments of land with either a south + west mouth or double south. i've been wanting to make a little date/stargazing/fishing spot in the top right corner, so it would be cute if there was already a pond or river leading there!

my favourite uchi is mira, and my favourite jocks are bam, boots, roald, and tank. if we're not stuck with jock/uchi (my two least favourite villager types LOL), i would love to start with blanche and zucker. it's funny because i joke a lot about resetting because of minor inconveniences, but i don't actually think i will unless my map options are really limiting.

Yes; at least orange/red (?) and possibly teal have been confirmed as well. (Source)

I am happy with any fruit, but I?m hoping to not get pears. I would like the airport to be red, and as for my starter villagers, I hope the jock is Boots, Bud or Teddy, and Muffy, Cherry or Shari for the uchi. As for the map, I want there to be enough space for many houses next to each other to create a neighbourhood. I?d like to have a big part of land where nothing is to really have fun with themed spaces. I?ll only reset if I absolutely HATE one of the starting villagers or if there is no good map.

I think I'd prefer:

For fruit, I think apples? I think I'd be okay with any fruit except pears though!

A yellow airport I think! Or orange!

For my jock, I think Bam would be cool! I don't really know many jock villagers now that I'm thinking about it.

For my uchi, I'd love to have Cherry or Hazel!

I never really pay attention to my grass pattern, so I'd be okay with anything! And same with my map, though some cute defining features like cute ponds would be cool!

i'd love my dodo airlines to be blue.

I never realized so many people disliked pears.

I personally want Apples or Cherries. Peaches are my favorite but I rocked with those in NL so I'd like to switch it up. Oranges are my least favorite.

For the Airport I'm good with anything but Red or Orange.

Grass pattern does matter to me, but I haven't decided which I'm aiming for yet.

Starting Villagers don't matter to me, I'll replace them eventually.

I would choose the blue airport, as blue is my favorite color out of the choices shown so far.

I would have LOVED to start with Astrid and Rooney, but at this point, I am convinced that we can only start with an Uchi and a Jock, so my ideal starters are now Sylvia and Bam. However, as long as I don't get Canberra or Rocket as my starters, I won't complain.
