What are they used for? Just noticed them underneath the amount of TBT someone has. Thanks ^^

You'll find the answer to your question in this thread here. Suffice it to say, you earn the Tokens for participating in the different events they lay out in that thread and you can use the tokens you earn to purchase items from the temporary Tortimer's Mementos section of the Shop. They're like the Eggs from the Bunny Day/Easter events that have been done on the forums before.
