Will you try the gruesome task of collecting them all? Or just try to get your dreamies?

Is your money prepared? Mine's certainly not.

I'll probably just try to get specials, and villagers I think are cute. Trying to collect them all is a fool's errand haha.

My money sure is prepared, and i am going to hunt for several characters but not all of them. I think that it would be ridiculous to have over 300 cards (assuming that more series are coming). The only cards i really want are from the second series though and they are Wendy and Kitty. I do not really care too much for the other cards haha.

I'm going to get them all.

I don't have enough money but I'll be going at it slowly instead of spending $300+ all at once. I wish I could but I can't. XD

I must be the fool because I am going to try to get them all. I enjoy playing with them and it looks like they will also work with AC:AF which I am getting because I like party games and I think AC is adorable. I also have friends who will get the game and/or packs so we are all helping each other fill out our collections.

I think they're cute and they're sparkly which is rad, but I don't own an Amiibo card reader nor am I looking to buy one or another ds.

I might just get them for the pure novelty but I dont know, I havent seen them in stores so I dont know.

I plan on collecting all of them. I'm trading around for some I'm missing with people here, actually. After that, I'm not sure if I'll buy more packs, or look for individual card sellers on eBay or something. It all depends on how much more I end up needing.

I love these cards! If I could get them all for $300, I'd pay it today. However, I am thinking that all (400?) of them might cost a whole lot more than that. I am one of those old ladies who is not willing to give my address to individuals on the internet, and I'm not going to change, so that eliminates a lot of trading opportunities for me.

My goal has changed from buying ALL the cards, to buying a LOT of cards. LOL I have almost half of Series 1, and I am getting 18 more in the mail this week from Wal-Mart. However, I am thinking that perhaps I'll stop there for Series 1. I know I'll want to buy a LOT of the cards that haven't been released yet, too.

I'm not sure how many I will try to get, but I'm guessing not that many unless more games can use them in the future. Does anyone know if that Amiibo Festival game for Wii U will use these same cards? I also don't want to spend a lot of money on them, because I don't have that kind of money to spend on this.

The cards have rock, paper, scissors symbols on them that seem to have no functionality in HHd, as well as icons at the bottom under their names related to some sort of RPG-like class, maybe? The icons seem unrelated to the villager's species and seems more like a future use sort of thing. I guess we'll see.~

I'm planning to get a lot of my favorites in there, which should be easy considering the prices for the amiibo cards to begin with.

I believe they are Animal Crossing amiibo-festival related but not sure on that.

Also is there anyone from Europe or The United Kingdom here? Because another plan i have is trading my doubles! :3

Not for us Europeans. 6 Euros for 3 amiibo cards. Yay Nintendo!

I'm gonna try to get the specific ones I want and trade off the duplicates and the ones I didn't want. Simple as that. :p

If you mean the symbol next to their birthday, I kind of thought that was just their zodiac sign. Like Sable has a Scorpio birthday and a scorpion symbol there while Lyle has a Gemini birthday and a symbol with 2 little heads. I'm not sure about the rock paper scissors thing though!

I was thinking of buying some cards for this month.*

But then I bought CDs.

Also, I plan to get all.

*this month is now October for me financially

I would love to get all of them and maybe I'll get all of series one but I just haven't got the money to buy all 400(+?) cards.

Get all the Bob cards I can for a Bob shrine.

But I'm planning on getting all the Villagers/NPC's that I'm fond of.
Also plan on burning and getting food gunk out of my teeth and wiping my bum with Truffles' cards.
