It's that time of year, again. The time of year of making love...able moments with your special one or crying yourself to sleep with the realizations that one can never be loved. So with all of that in mind, what are you gonna do for valentines day?

Nothing planned for the particular day, but my partner and myself bought some nice Godiva chocolates we have been sharing. We got a nice bundle so it will probably last us till next month.

I think I've seven hours of enzyme kinetics to look forward to that day and a two hour commute each way. Then probably come home and play video games online with my bestie because he's out of the country atm.

I'm not interested in a relationship right now but there's someone I might ask to meet up with at the weekend. 🙃

Honestly, the extent of my Valentines Day plans include TBT flower breeding. Other than that it's a normal day for me. I've never been too interested in finding a relationship. It just seems like too much of a hassle for what you get out of it.

It's never not been an ordinary day for me. This year I'm going to be babysitting my nephew so my aunt & uncle can do something ~romantic~ but I'll definitely be hitting the supermarket the next day to catch some chocolate on sale!!

For the most part, it's just a regular day for me. I'm married but we don't get into all the commercialization of the holiday. Paying ridiculous amounts of money for flowers that die in a few days or fighting for dinner reservations just doesn't feel all that romantic to me. I have to work that day anyway, so hubby and I will probably stay home and chill in the evening, like normal. If we do anything, it will be on the weekend following Valentine's Day.

Valentine's Day usually just comes and goes for me. I often don't even acknowledge it, but this year I did decide to buy some sweets and give my mom a nice card and a box of chocolate covered cherries. But that's pretty much the extent I'm going to.

Valentine's Day has never meant anything to me. It has always been just an ordinary day except my mom always gives us bags with candy and chocolate which is nice. We just look foward to that but that's about it. So probably I will just be playing video games because my family doesn't do anything special on Valentine's Day.

Breeding flowers on TBT, wasting time on pokecord, commuting, 5 hours of class. In other words, a completely normal day.

I don’t want love, so I’ll treat it like a normal day.

Me and my boyfriend always go out to a fancy dinner so that’s what I’ll be doing this Valentine’s Day :)

I wish I could be with someone but I worry of being rejected. :(

Valentine’s Day exists?

In all seriousness it will probably just be a normal day for me. That day I’m usually the busiest with a lot of classes and stuff, so I won’t have much time for anything else anyway.

My friends and I organized a little gathering on Valentines's Day. We all bring a box or bags of Valentine's Day candy for each other and eat and talk. It's not anything fancy but, it's pleasant tbh.

i just dont care enough

too busy playing civ 6's new expansion tbh

no one says you can only be grateful and lovey dovey on feb 14th

When I was little my mom was baking a chocolate cake, gave us candy and let us watch Disney special or the Carnaval parade on TV on Valentine's day, so it's something I associate to my childhood. I still celebrate it the same way sometimes, but a few days later, when candies are on sale. I will buy the same kind of candies she used to give us, gellies and cinnamon hearts and watch cartoons/anime while eating them, so that day has no romantic connotation to me.

I didn't receive a lot of romantic valentines in my life, in fact, I only remember one, my BF of then gave me an elephant in chocolate with a poem inside. It was pretty cool and not so like him, haha. We didn't usually celebrate Valentine's day because we were both working on that day. I didn't mind it.

I personally intend to have a normal day, I'm attending a remembrance for the Parkland shooting victims in my city with some close acquaintances.

I plan to make popcorn with m&ms in it and watch a movie I got at the library that I haven’t seen yet with my bf before he goes to work. He works night shift
