What did y’all get for the holidays this year?

I got a jumper, tons (and I mean tons) of chocolate, thermal/fluffy socks, a gift card, money, cup and bowl set, and regular socks

My sister me a cup as well lol, and a penguin plush with legs. Have they ever seen a penguin loool. I've named him Leguin™. My brother got me Belgian chocolate and a sodoku cube (like a rubicks cube but it's hell < 3). My other sister got me Cadbury's selection box and a book from the Eragon series, which I'm surprised she remembered I used to read.

For secret santa I got toffee popcorn (which I gave to someone else because I don't really care for toffee popcorn), loads of mini oreos, and a orange bear plush. Actually I used him in my secret stocking stuffer entry! I named him Din because he had a lable that had something that looked like a triforce on it.

I'm so thankful for getting stuff at Christmas. I really appreciate everything I got, as there was a lot of thought put into all of it (except the toffee popcorn lmao). I'd also like to thank all the TBTers who sent me stuff and just welcomed me so nicely to the forums and have made me feel so at home here in the short time I've been here

I got the following books:
- The entire Scythe series
- Percy Jackson's Greek Gods and Greek Heroes
- Celestial Monsters (Sunbearer Trials #2)

I also got a Greek mythology puzzle book, an oodie with a celestial design that I absolutely love, a bunch of candy and hot choco mix, some traveling necessities since I'll be out of the country for five days in the spring, some clothes, and a really cute tote bag with cats on it. My friends and I plan to do our Secret Santa exchange at our NYE party, and I'm like 90% sure tarot cards will be included in my gift.

These two aren't really gifts, but the EPIC the Musical Ithaca Saga premiere stream is in 15 minutes, and I'll be going on a book shopping spree soon (because I don't have the first Sunbearer Trials book ).

Stuff I didn't request but my family gave me anyways:
- A Squishmallow throw blanket
- A Squishmallow cat
- A random Christmas tree plushie
- A jacket/vest thing (haven't really looked at it properly)
- A random Switch game I gave to my siblings

Also like every Christmas I got lots of chocolate and some other candies in my stocking

I got the remaining attack on titan manga box sets I was missing, the rest of the collector’s edition of fruits basket, a pusheen shirt, a world of warcraft cookbook, apple and target gift cards. My mom also had pre ordered some nendoroids I asked for. Not sure which ones.

Also got some amiibo cards; one of the cards was not a dupe (Hornsby ).

The one piece cards and card sleeve went with the flame flame fruit (orange plastic ball); the devil’s fruit was much bigger than I thought it’d be and cheaper looking, but still is a pretty nice collector’s item .

Also got this: 10th generation pencil!

I got all I wanted and more. My sibling got me this hella cool frog shirt from a brand called VeryCool which is sooo comfy and I can't wait to style it into frog outfits. I love frogs, have many frogs, but a baffling lack of frog and/or green clothing.

I also got exactly what I asked for, which was a record player with the Outer Wilds soundtrack, and more. Many tears were shed and I don't usually cry much on Christmas despite being Myself. Anyone who hasn't played the game should, and make sure not to look up a thing beforehand. Best experienced blind.

Best thing I got was a new phone! I genuinely wasn't expecting anything grand from my family, really the celebration and the food and company were more than enough for me, but I guess after complaining the past months about how I was struggling with my old phone (unresponsive touch screen, laggy apps, and bad camera) they decided to give me a new one hehe. For the most part my old phone still worked as intended so I did feel kinda bad they went out of their way to get me this big gift, but I'll just try and do my best for them as a way to repay their kindness. ^^

My boyfriend also gave me a personalized "care package"! Like a box filled with chocolates and gummies and hot choco and all sorts of sweets. He even added little post-it cards all over the box to motivate me. He knew I was going to be intensively studying this December onwards and wanted to give me his full support even while we were apart! It was really very sweet of him ahh. This is so silly but there were 2 Kinder Eggs in the box and that was like my second time ever eating those kinds of things. It was so good I want to cry.

Other notable things were spring-themed perfume, a pair of undergarments, a simple watch, and a few cash. Really thankful for all of these! ^^ I know my friends also got me something but we have yet to meet (on the 29th!) so I'm excited for that. One of my friends is giving us baked goods so I wanted to bake something in return!!

Compared to last year where I didn’t get anything at all… this year was good. Really good. I got some new pajamas, a new jacket, a pack of gummy bears that I already finished, and a pack of Skittles I haven’t had yet. Also my sister got a new pair of AirPods so I get to have her old ones now, which is nice because the pair I had before is terrible.

Everything else I got was just new games, including Sonic Superstars, Sonic Origins Plus, Sonic Unleashed, which I’m really happy to finally have, Mega Man Legacy Collection 1 and 2, and one singular Switch game which was Mario & Luigi: Brothership. As you can see my quest to play as many Sonic games as possible has definitely not ceased lol. Despite being really excited for it, the Mario and Luigi game is the only one I haven’t touched yet, so I’m excited to do that tomorrow or well technically today I guess.

And that’s everything. All in all it was really nice!
