So I loved the event! I thought Pave was a joy. I threw down three Festivale stages because I loved watching the villagers dance in them!

And I loved the furniture! The Festivale furniture is well-suited for both my boardwalk and my favorite villager, Pietro. 😁

What did you guys do with the new furniture? I'm really looking forward to seeing if the villagers interact with the Festivale stage even after Festivale. I see a dance stage on my island in the future if that's true!

I've seen my villagers use my dance stage before Festivale. I like what you did with your dance stages. I will upload a pic here of what I did with my stuff when I get back on my game. I have the rainbow set out in my plaza area I made.
I did/am working on other colors to use for year round on my island. Like the red garland item for example will look great in my campground. The green stall will look great as a coconut juice stand for example.

I threw mine out, as it wasn't usable to me.

My wife's character is storing the whole set.

They will definitely dance on the stages after Festivale, I tt'd so my Festivale day was yesterday and I played it for a little bit then tt'd to spring for green grass. I'm getting awfully sick of the snow.

My island is a tropical themed island so a lot of the festivale stuff will actually match perfectly well with my island's theme so I'll be using all of the things lol

Omg, the garland in the campground! I didn't think about that! That's an excellent idea!

If I manage to get two red ones tonight, I will take a pic of my campground for you!

Personally I think there is alot of uses for the garland. Shops, tents, marketplaces, stages for performances and things.

Sadly they don't really fit my island themes very well, although I do plan on using the garlands and a couple of stalls eventually, probably in a marketplace area.

Ah, that's too bad, but I totally get it. The Bug-off stuff is pretty useless for me. Other than the awesome, creepirific spiderwebs that are everywhere in my haunted house. But everything else is pretty much stored away.

I might use some of the garlands/lamps/balloons/stalls for my beach area. Part of my island is "tropical" themed and I think the lamps will look great there.

The stage, drums, flag, confetti machine will probably not be getting used. I did put the confetti machine outside of my house for the lead up to Festivale because it's kinda fun to have it there when you pop out of your house in the morning but I don't think I want it there forever.

The stage is my least favourite item of the set honestly although it does give me small hope for outdoor rugs in the future. The villager interaction with it doesn't make up for it being ugly (just my personal opinion)

I actually haven't gotten a single usable item since release.

Not one.

Some NL furniture and items would be nice.

We don't need flags and garlands. >..<

The lamps are really cool! I agree. And that's okay that you thought the stages were ugly. To quote my son, "Everyone has different tastebuds!" And I didn't even think about that: they are outdoor rugs! I would love outdoor rugs too.

Ah, I'm sorry. That's really a drag. The only thing I really liked from the BugOff was the spiderweb, which I loved. They inspired the haunted house on my island. I went to Nookazon and got about 5 or 6 more of them, and then built a haunted house just so I could use them. 😅

Aw, same! I love the spiderwebs, but Flick wants me to have everything except extra spiderwebs 🤣 I've still kept everything in storage, just in case.

Now you've got me curious on your haunted house, though!

I just reset, so I couldn't buy it from the shop, so I am actually decorating my island with the pieces I am receiving from the event.

I set up a little parade area for today, and tomorrow I’m gonna use some of it-my two stalls, pennants, flag, maybe the lamps?-as a permanent part of my boardwalk in a sort of carnival game-themed spot. I might end up using the float for something too I don’t know. I really adore the furniture this time around-though Festivale has always been my favourite holiday so maybe I’m biased lol

Right now, I’m using balloon lamps in place for streetlights. Not sure what I’ll do with the rest of the furniture, but I’ll most likely fit it in somewhere. Maybe a carnival area?

I just keep up decorations from the last event until the next event stuff starts popping up (and yes, that does mean I had Christmas stuff up for a VERY long time haha). I have three different areas with Festivale furniture right now. I'm a big fan of how the New Horizons set looks, although I'll always have a special place in my heart for the New Leaf set since it was my left room's decor until whenever the Welcome Amiibo stuff came out. :p The rainbow set is currently set up along the beach area where my house is, I have a red set in front of my shops (my main seasonal display), and there's a blue set in this empty area I had in the top corner of my island. It goes nicely with blue and white roses, and I'm thinking of leaving it up there permanently (or as permanently as anything on my island can be- it changes a lot).

I finally found use for the Festivale set. I like the blue and white color scheme of the furniture so I keep the entire blue set. ☺

when spring rolls around, i'm going to try using green drums, balloons, lamps and flags dotted around town. in autumn, i had mushroom logs, and for winter i have three-tiered snowpeople and the miniature christmas trees. originally i was just going to bring out the mushroom logs again, but i figured the green festivale stuff might look nice and spring-y when the trees are all green again, so. i'll place it about and see how it looks, but i obviously can't say for sure whether or not i'll like it enough.

I put the garland in my house, but I probably won't find much use for the other items now that the event is over.

I like the lamps, so I might fit those in somewhere. The parasol might work on the beach. I don't have much need for stalls, so those with the rest of the items will stay on storage.

The float is too weird for my style. I can definitely see it being used in other people's dreams though and causing tons of lag along with the teacup ride 😁

Most of it has gone into storage for me. Although the items are really cute, they don't really fit in with my island. I have used the parasols on my beaches though, and I plan on using the garlands and balloon lamps somewhere too.

I have a couple of stages set out for my villagers to be adorable and dance on as well. :3
