What do you carry in your everyday handbag/purse?

Too much crud.

  • phone
  • wallet
  • keys
  • carry around charger
  • candy
  • sketchbook/drawing stuff (i like to make little doodles for any servers)
  • lots of little stim toys (squishy bunny, squishy frog, jingle bear, etc.)
  • sunglasses
  • face mask

always:
- phone
- wallet
- keys
- gum
- headphones
- painkillers
- textbook(s)

occasionally:
- laptop
- 3ds
- novel(s)

i tend to travel lightly with my backpack & use it as a shopping bag when i'm out to avoid plastic bag use.
i've recently gotten a smaller backpack that i take with me when i go out places, so what i carry has changed a bit! here's what i make room for now:
- phone
- wallet (sometimes -- i'm trying to curb my spending, so if i'm not driving sometimes i don't even take my wallet so i can't buy anything)
- keys
- painkillers
- ipad (sometimes, if i'm going out with a friend who has homework or something to do)
- lip balm
- hand lotion

and that's it! no more room for books or anything like that, only small things. i think that works better for me than having a huge, heavy backpack.

my phone, money, earphones, hand sanitizer, hand lotion, mints, and sometimes deodorant if it's a hot day

I don't always use a bag, but when I do it's usually my circular shoulder bag. It has a pentacle design on the front in studs. It's smallish, but it does the trick.

Usual contents:
  • Two things of lip balm (one tastes like Coca Cola, the other like mint)
  • Small thing of hand sanitizer (also smells like mint)
  • Travel-sized hand cream (does not smell like mint, this one has a plum scent)
  • A few pieces of peppermint swirl candy (I have IBS, and peppermint is a remedy for gut pain even in candy form; also useful for if my blood sugar gets low)
  • A Hello Kitty head-shaped tin to carry my medication in should I go anywhere to eat or if I end up staying out later than 8:30 (the tin also goes in a small zippered bag to ensure that the meds don't spill out all over the place)
  • My ID (since my actual wallet doesn't exactly fit into the bag)
  • Spare change, which is usually rolling around despite me putting it into a pocket.
  • Occasionally, a set of wired earbuds
  • My phone, so it doesn't fall out of my pocket and I lose it
  • My rescue inhaler, just in case

I can't think of anything else, because I have different extra items depending on the situation. Though right now I don't have to worry about it, since I'm not exactly allowed to go anywhere XD

I rarely carry a bag. I live in Ireland so the weather is usually shocking and I can fit everything I need in my jacket pockets, lol. On rare occasions where it's actually nice outside and I have minimal pockets, I just carry my purse in a small shoulder bag but carrying a bag is so annoying to me. Keys and phone are always in my jean pockets.

If it's during the college semester then I'll have a backpack obvs but I don't carry much in that either, just water, books and possibly a phone charger.

I carry a drawstring back with me whenever I go out for close to 7 years now.

Inside contains:
- Pocket tissue.
- Antibacterial wet wipes.
- Fisherman's Friend Honey lemon flavour.
- Foldable LOQI bags x 3 (very handy, washable and durable). I have rarely needed plastic bags for many years now even before the whole save the environment movement began and plastic bags are demonized.
- Another smaller drawstring bag containing one Aukey 30000mah power bank and one Samsung 10,000mah power bank along with usb cables.
- Foldable pocket umbrella (you never know when the weather will turn on you).
- A sweater if I'm going to the cinema.

Whereas my phone, wallet, coin case and keys goes in my pockets

Carry my backpack with me to work, it’s usually got my wallet, 50oz water bottle, battery pack, some meds, and sometimes my switch.

  • Wallet.
  • Phone.
  • Keys.
  • Headphones.
  • Phone charger.
  • Switch + Switch charger.
  • Sketchbook, pens, mechanical pencil, and kneaded eraser.
  • Makeup touch-up kit (mascara, eyeshadow, lipstick, lip gloss, lip balm)
  • Some sort of snack, like granola bars/protein drink.
I carry around a backpack or a larger purse depending on what outfit I'm wearing, where I'm going, how long I'm gonna be gone, etc. Each bag I own has it's own slew of original items in it from tissues to lotion to gum but the above always gets swapped out of every bag.

I carry my wallet, keys, chapstick, hand sanitizer, gum, sunglasses and usually a bunch of random receipts that really need to be thrown away lol
that's in my handbag anyway. my work bag is another story

I will never leave home without: (in my backpack)
  • wallet, phone, keys
  • earbuds
  • mini umbrella
  • portable charger
  • pencil pouch
I may or may not have these depending on where I'm going
  • planner
  • sketchbook
  • writing journal
  • a book or comic
  • school stuff (folders, books, etc...)
  • sunscreen
  • laptop, switch or 3DS
