What do you think Pave will bring, and what/who do you think we'll see after him?

I honestly don't expect anything other than Pavé and Festivale (copy-paste from NL with a few touches, maybe new furniture items but that's it). It's honestly outrageous that we haven't had a Nook Cranny's upgrade in almost a year now. There's literally no excuse for that, and if the excuse is "you can see it decorated year-round", then I'm convinced they don't know what a shop is for lol.

I think we'll get Pavé + Festivale which will be very reminiscent of NL's Festivale (catching feathers instead of getting candy). I hope they bring back games with villagers. Other than that, I don't really expect anything major (maybe new furniture and probably a new reaction, which will have something to do with Festivale; maybe a dancing reaction? That'd be cool!).

I'm also thinking they will hint something major coming up in March or so (hopefully Brewster, because I don't think they'll add a Valentine's update)

So Pave is (assumingly) bringing Festivale, and maybe some new/updated furniture. What, if anything, are you expecting to see when he comes on board? Nintendo already mentioned they planned to do NH dowloads for a good long while, so I doubt Pave will be the last npc we see added. Personally, Im hoping for some redesigned Festivale house furniture thats more fantasy themed and lively that the current faux Ikea catalog of houseware we've got going right now. Id love for the event, if there is one, to go back to its City Folk roots, using the net to catch feathers to give to Pave. I also hope they dont nuke Pave's sassyness! Pave should keep his sass! Im honestly just hoping they dont ruin Festivale, I was so disappointed in Toy Day.

Other than Brewster, Im hoping Katrina also comes back sooner than later. Maybe she'll have her own furniture line this time!

A katrina furniture set sounds amazing, makes me think of the Kiki one from pocket camp.
Pc gets all the good furniture. But screw the microtransactions.

I think it's because each version of Nook's Cranny we've had so far (tent, shack, general store) has an increased furniture selection with every upgrade (as opposed to older games, which just increased the amount of things you could buy), and aside from seasonal items and items we get from special characters there hasn't been a MASSIVE FURNITURE UPDATE yet because their top priority at the moment is adding in the seasonal characters.

Festivale will be more of the same as NL. Catching feathers will be the same as catching snowflakes/leaves/blossoms. I have VERY low expectations, especially after the blandness of Toy Day. Hopefully we will get some good outdoor furniture.

The devs need to bring in something massive otherwise people will tune out. It will almost be a year and the game still feels a bit incomplete to me so more updates will only improve. After Festivale we will hopefully be getting Brewster and maybe the gyroids. This "hope" is shared by many on here. Valentines would make sense, since it is a popular day in Japan. I would love to have a "part-time job" again like in NL to give me something to do.

I really don't remember much of the festival event from NL, other than catching floating feathers in the air and then trading them for furniture items, I think. I'm guessing it will probably be the same in NH, but hopefully they will make the furniture more appealing!

In NL the festival started early February I think, so I'm guessing the update will drop Around January 29th, but then the event wouldn't happen until Feb (kind of like what they did with the Thanksgiving event) . My expectations for ACNH updates sadly get lower and lower each time, I really hope Nintendo changes that.

i feel like theyre gonna make us use the feathers we catch during festivale to make diy pave furniture .. ill be disappointed if they do that tbh, if they do tho, hopefully they let us have an extended time for us to let us get the feathers.

honestly i have no expectations for the updates,, i would rly like to see brewster/cafe as does everyone else !! but i feel like we're not gonna see him anytime soon : (

I feel like dance moves will be added for reactions! It's just too perfect not to! And of course, an updated Pave set! I'm so excited to see the look of it, because I hated the original set so much XD I love how they changed the Turkey Day set, so i have really high hopes. And also a bunch of really colourful and flamboyant outfits and accessories! If they give us any less than this, I'll be very upset lol.

As for who will be coming after him... i have no idea.

Love pave! Yes, hope he keeps it sassy. But after Festivale... hmmm... would love to see Brewster with an actual shop, but I'm afraid...very afraid... that there won't be anything new, which means the cherry blossoms, and then Zipper T Bunny. Eggs. That's what it will be. Eggs in the river, the trees, the balloons.... eggs eggs eggs

honestly, im hoping at some point they will release some of these furniture packs into NH, as they are really greta but trying to do the fortune cookie system back when i played proper camp regularly near killed me.
