What do you usually wear when you go outside?

my clothing is always pretty lacklustre; i tend to stick to baggy shirts/a hoodie with some tights but on days where i feel fairly confident and/or it’s hot outside, i might wear a tank top or crop top instead.

looking ‘fashionable’ or following current trends has never been super important to me and so, i just wear whatever i feel comfortable and confident in ;w;

I wear something that wouldn’t make me stand out, because my favourite aesthetic is Victorian/Cottagecore, but the ’modern’ cottagecore look isn’t me. I don’t wear Victorian clothing often because I get the weirdest looks. What I wear mostly is nice toned-down Victorian style skirts (I feel like they are kinda in rn) and a nice small t shirt with some cottagecore reference (medicinal herbs/flowers). So I sneak in the Victorian look even if I am not comfortable with where a full-on Victorian outfit. The only times where I have the chance to wear my trusty dresses is when I visit my local markets, and sometimes special events. I have started to drift away from spending money on the Victorian style, and went into an aesthetic that I think doesn’t exist that much, Victorian mixed with 90s styles, like long socks with naturally dyed colours, flowercrowns, knee-length skirts and corset-like shirts. I feel like this is so different, but I kinda like it :)

I used to dress up way too much back in my younger years. I would put a full face of make up and try to look as good as possible. Now that I'm older, I want to be more cozy. I'll sometimes put a little effort to look cute but with minimal make up. Usually concealer and lipstick and my eyebrows. I love high waisted skinny jeans with crop tops, or dresses with cozy cardigans. Never wear heels anymore except when I work. And I never straighten my hair anymore. It saves me A LOT of time this way XD .

I usually wear just some comfy tracksuit pants and a t shirt if I'm just going to the shop or the gym. If I'm meeting people then I would just go in jeans and a blouse.

My style is casual fancy? I really like menswear looks, so I have a lot of coats, blazers, oxfords, and a mixture of button down long/short sleeve shirts. The feminine touch is patterns and brighter colors. I like to accessorize with weird, bold earrings. Then I have tons of shoes, mules, loafers, desert boots, chunky heels, etc.
I got a cool leopard coat but I can't even wear it out because covid. 😭

Now, since of covid and not being able to go out. It's just street wear or skinny jeans plus a cute top. It sucks. I can't even wear my earrings because of the mask. 😔

I have 6-7 jersey dresses, same style but different colors, that I've been wearing to work for the summer. They're mid-calf, 3/4 sleeve, loose ones that are comfortable for the hot weather. I'll throw a skirt extender, tights, and a cardi on to take them into the fall.

When it gets cooler, I have several tweedy maxi skirts and some sweaters. I also have a couple of knee-length dresses I'll wear with an extender, tights, and booties.

If I'm home, it's a pair of pajama bottoms and a t-shirt/sweatshirt.

This ^^^^^^, though I never feel confident, honestly. I go for comfort & functionality, which is usually a t-shirt, jeans or shorts, and my old Airwalk shoes that I've had since high school. I do love my pajama pants if I'm just around the house as they're super comfy. If it's chilly, I'll grab a hoodie or sweatshirt or my black/gray thick striped scarf, beanie, and gloves as my hands get cold very easily. I'll also switch to my black steel toe boots in cold weather or some UGH boots. In the heat, it's usually a t-shirt, shorts, and flip flops/sandals.

I tend to wear my clothes a bit baggy. I'm aware this is partially due to psychological issues, but also I associate it with comfort and mobility. When I was younger and a vet assistant, I wore a lot of scrubs as they're very comfy. I had to wear specific work/volunteer shirts and certain colored pants/shorts that matched said shirts for most of my jobs/volunteer work in the past.

I don't follow what's trendy, so I have no idea about any of that at all lol.
I love unique and cute looking socks, too! <3

I have to wear long pants & closed toe shoes for work so 9/10 times I wear a simple v neck or graphic tee with jeans or leggings and depending on the season, sneakers or boots. Most days, I wear a cardigan or hoodie. For cold winter days, more layers and need a parka or coat!

I don’t like getting suntanned or sunburnt so I’m always in layers of some form whether it’s 90F or -20F c:

If its somewhere fancy, I wear my jeans with a fancy shirt. if it is just going to the shops, I just chuck on some decent clothes that dont look too bad or cheap.

I really don't care what I wear when I go out, honestly. If it's not for a special occasion, I typically just dress casually. Today, I'm wearing my senior class shirt and a pair of sweats.
