Xat is just awful, really. I administrated a Xat chat for like a year and a half and I had so many problems with it. I would get server issues constantly, people would spam the sounds(THUNDER AND HIS FLIPPING BREAKING GLASS NOISE), and you can't personally customize your client in any way.

I disagree entirely. Assuming you understood the functionality of everything at the time, you would've been able to block off spammers, disable sounds, and generally get more out of it as an end result.

I wish TBT had automatic mods who do all the work and make everyone nice to each other but that will never happen

There are only eight mods on a forum where there are 5,600 active members. Most forums this popular have way more mods than that. You should consider hiring more staff. But please be more careful and intricate about the hiring process so you don't end up hiring anyone ABUSIVE or CORRUPT.
