going to go live on a boat out at sea.. i wont be able to go to shore to go to the store to get food and i also wont be able to get it delivered to my house and i also wont have a refridgerator...

Peanut butter is a given.. any other ideas??

I’m on a boat right now, too, haha. Not living on it, though. Maybe non-perishable foods like canned fruit and veggies?

Maybe dried fruit? I’m guessing it would last longer and one of the big issues with boat food is lack of vitamins (see: scurvy) but besides that maybe canned foods

Historically sailors ate hardtack, a type of biscuit that lasts basically forever. Great choice if you want to feel like you're a pirate. You can leave out the weevils though because that's gross.

Depending on what sorts of cooking ability you have I would say canned food like soups and such would be best. Even canned fruit because you're going to miss things like that. Canned peaches aren't bad. If you can cook on a stove then dried stuff like mac and cheese or rice pilaf would work. Will you be able to fish while you're on the water? If so those things would be great alongside the fish! Cereal would be a good snack or breakfast if you don't mind it without milk, though I suppose you could bring powdered milk or those milk containers that come in a box. Oatmeal, grits, or cream of wheat work for breakfast.
