What happened to the stuff I ordered?

I ordered 5 garden lanterns from the nook shopping app yesterday. I get in the game today and there is no mail. So why didn't I get the items I ordered?

I've never heard of that happening! My only guess is it could be a one-off glitch so long as the game had saved after you ordered them.
