What is the longest amount of time you have spent playing ACNH in one sitting?

Probably around 10 hours! My average is about 5 hours a day, but I’m a teenager so I have no responsibilities lol

In the early days of the game I would say I spent 3-5ish hours every time. I felt like I played a lot but I did stop earlier so I could write about my day, something that I gave up on earlier than I hoped hahah. And then later when I unlocked terraforming there were definitely one or two weekends where I played pretty much all day, only to take breaks to eat or go to the bathroom This was all early on when my country had lock downs too so I didn't have much else to do.

when the game was new and quarantine was still in full swing, i spent 6-8+ hours each day playing the game, especially since there was still so much to do and unlock. now, i maybe play 2-4 hours when i actually decide to pick up the game, but the first week following it’s release was definitely my peak gaming time aha

i tend to get super fixated on games when I really enjoy them and ‘break’ is not a word in my vocabulary lol. Because of this I could honestly spend 12+ on a game with only food and bathroom breaks. It’s not like hyperfixation or anything I’m just terrible at paving lmao

does result in a lot of burnout tho

10 hours from 10 am to 8 pm, and that's when i did Terraforming for the first time. because of that, I forgot that one of my college assignments was due lol. My average play time for one sitting is around 2 hours

When I first got it I was like pulling 12 hours a day but I found I burnt out really quickly so now I can only do a couple of hours before I have to put it down

Okay so looking at the poll, I was expecting some people to play over eight hours in one day but not by a huge difference!

back in the beginning i used to just play acnh for hours lk i would do nothing else just acnh. now i just play for maybe 1-2 hours max maybe 3 depending on what im doing. thats mostly bc theres less things to do since i already terraformed and decorated

I’ve definitely put in some long hours, usually when focusing on trading or terraforming. Tends to be much less now though as I’ve run out of a lot of stuff to do sadly

I actually haven't played longer than 2 hours in one sitting! I've always preferred to play Animal Crossing a little bit each day rather than for hours and hours. I get tired quickly of doing the same thing for hours, plus nowadays with my work schedule I wouldn't have time for that anyways.

My time playing is never uninterrupted, but I have definitely played all day before. I have to take breaks for family stuff etc, but...I think the day I went to 80 islands was the most I ever played in a day. Tiring, yet I still wanted to play the next day. I’ve never gotten bored/ sick of the game yet!
